We require a minimum of two-week lead time for all bulk orders.
The minimum bulk order starts at 5 lbs. and includes delivery on Whidbey Island (a delivery fee for all other locations off island will be calculated in your quote).
If you are looking for smaller quantities, please purchase from us through the Whidbey Island Grown Food Cooperative or Coupeville Farmers Market.

Tips for Fresh Mushrooms
Whole mushrooms will last for up to 2 weeks when refrigerated; consume within 7-10 days.
Sliced mushrooms are best when consumed within 5-7 days.
Storing mushrooms in paper bags can extend their freshness.
Keep mushrooms in the “crisper” part of the fridge.
Do not cut the stems until ready to use.
Only consume mushrooms that have ben fully cooked.
